1. When does the class start?

The workshop is delivered via Whatsapp and lessons are shared at 6 am on each day from Monday to Friday.



2. Will this be live or pre-recorded?

Great question. It's a mix of both.

Everyday you will be getting pre-recorded interactive videos and there will be a live breakthrough session on Day 3.



3. What are the timings?

Live breakthrough sessions are on Wednesday and Friday at 2.30 pm GMT (7 pm IST) for 30 - 45 minutes.



4. I have a full time job, not sure if I can make it. Will you be sharing recordings?

Please note, there would be no recording of the Live sessions are only effective when done LIVE. 



5. Is this workshop an advanced wellbeing workshop?

It’s not a super advanced workshop. This workshop is for people who want to get rid of their negative emotions and create more empowerment without complex trainings and methods.



6. Will I get lifetime access to the videos?

Remember this is a workshop not an online course. So, no you don't get lifetime access to the videos. But we understand, you might want some more time to absorb the information, hence you can view all the videos are available till through the day.



7. Will my life totally change and I am able to do anything I want after this workshop?
